The months are ticking away and we’re approaching the summer months when more of us hit the road on vacation to see what this beautiful country has for us to enjoy. The folks at Toyota would love for you to drive in one of their vehicles or stop by a dealership for a new or used model, but even if you don’t drive one of their vehicles you can benefit from the fun games that can be played on the road. Keep your kids entertained with some of these fun games that you can play.
The Toyota Investment in the Hoosier State
For many of the decades before the turn of the century, it felt like the automotive industry was at odds with itself. The foreign vehicles that were being shipped in were thought to be ways for outside companies to swoop in and take over the sales and profits from the US without any actual investment into the country they were being sold in. As the industry has progressed, we’ve seen the proof that what was once a divide is now becoming a cohesive existence with Toyota leading the way toward building jobs and offering community involvement in the US.
When Should I Change My Oil?
There is a lot of confusion around engine oil and when you drive a vehicle that doesn’t have an engine oil life indicator included it can be extremely confusing to try and understand how long your engine oil can last. As one of the fluids of your vehicle that you change on a regular basis, it’s important to fully understand what this part of your vehicle offers and why you need to change it and how often. The different types of oil offered today make it more difficult to understand when to change your engine oil.
Ups and Downs for the Alfa Romeo Giulia
There is a car that has absolutely taken our breath away and brought us the look and feel we want in a vehicle that’s right for the drive. It showed up on our television sets during the Super Bowl to the delight of crowds that looked in awe and asked “what is that” wondering if they could even dream to drive this car. That car is the Alfa Romeo Giulia and it started out with more accolades than any other car has had on the market in many years to be the most exciting new car on the US market.

Is Tesla Heading for More of the Same Trouble?
Tesla is one of the most Jekyll and Hyde companies in the automotive world. This company has boldly entered the world of production automotives with cars that don’t need a gasoline engine at all. This makes a Tesla vehicle one that helps to save the environment and is good for the planet. The Tesla Model S has been touted as one of the fastest cars on the market and with the new P100D with Ludicrous + mode this is a car that continues to improve and become a model that we admire.

The Engineer’s Nightmare is the Accountant’s Dream
The two aspects of automotive building that are nearly always at cross purposes with each other are the engineers and the accountants. The accountants have the job of figuring out how to save money during the production of the vehicles their company produces while the engineers are concerned with making vehicles operate better than ever. At some point during the process of building cars these two relatively unrelated professions must come to an agreement and make vehicles that bring advanced engineering aspects to the market while fitting into the budgets that are managed by the accountants.
An Escape Gone Wrong
The idea of being able to escape from custody is one that many may fantasize about when they watch television or a movie. We see our heroes wrongfully accused of a variety of crimes and imprisoned only to be able to escape and prove their innocence. Real life isn’t quite as fanciful as the shows and movies put on for us to entertain us, but sometimes real life can be exciting all the same. Such was the case in Pennsylvania recently when one man thought to try and take back his freedom from custody.
As proud as they can be
After making the lap at Nurburgring there was one more place the new “fastest car around the ‘Ring” needed to be and that’s at the Geneva Motor Show. The new Lamborghini Huracan Performante is now the top car and it may be a few years before another car can take its place. Not only is it the fastest car to make this lap, it’s the one that offers a naturally aspirated V10 engine and it actually beat out a car that offered a hybrid powertrain under the skin of the car. This new impressive model is the model that Lamborghini is proud to show off, as you can see in this short video from AutoGuide.
