After making the lap at Nurburgring there was one more place the new “fastest car around the ‘Ring” needed to be and that’s at the Geneva Motor Show. The new Lamborghini Huracan Performante is now the top car and it may be a few years before another car can take its place. Not only is it the fastest car to make this lap, it’s the one that offers a naturally aspirated V10 engine and it actually beat out a car that offered a hybrid powertrain under the skin of the car. This new impressive model is the model that Lamborghini is proud to show off, as you can see in this short video from AutoGuide.

The New Kid on the Block
The thought that small diesel powered cars were dead when Volkswagen was caught cheating certainly hasn’t come to fruition. A few different automakers have stepped forward to create their own small passenger cars powered by diesel. Right now there’s one standout that seems to be the right model to give us what we want when it comes to diesel power in a compact car size. That mode is the new 2017 Chevrolet Cruze diesel which has what you want and gives you exactly the power you’ve been after to go along with why you bought a diesel passenger car in the past.
Is the Genesis G80 Sport Right for You?
For a car that didn’t need to change for the initial launch of the Genesis brand the move from being the Hyundai Genesis that we admired to the G80 that we love was an easy change of the badges for this car. For the upcoming 2018 model year and with an early spring release, the G80 is receiving its first set of upgrades in a new trim that will be added and called the Sport trim. This will give us something new to choose as the Genesis brand begins to get its feet under itself and become a luxury brand that we can easily love to drive.
The New Jeep Wrangler Continues to be a Mystery
Typically if a new model is expected for the next model year at least a concept version is offered at the Detroit Auto Show but no such luck was the case regarding the new Jeep Wrangler. In fact the news is we might not see the production or concept models until the fall of this year and the sales won’t begin until January, at least that’s a real possibility. Even so, we do have an idea of what this new version of the Wrangler will be for the future of the model lineup that we’ll continue to love.

The RC is a performance beast that handles the ride on and off the track to be one of the most impressive cars you’ll ever drive, especially at the RC F trim.

You can seriously enjoy this SUV on and off the road with the variety of packages and features that are offered to make the SUV one that’s perfect for you to drive. GMC is well-known for the Denali trim that’s offered on their lineup, but something else the models from GM are known for is now offered on the Terrain.

Are we Getting All the Body Styles?
If you take a look at the Opel insignia that’s being developed and offered in Europe there’s more than just a sedan in that car. This is a car that offers the fastback rear, but that’s not even the item that has come to my attention. The Insignia is being offered as a sedan, as a wagon and as a hatchback. This brings up the question of whether or not we’ll actually have all three body styles when this car makes its way to the US as the 2018 version of the Buick Regal that we’ve been waiting for.
Don’t You Want to Play with a Toy that’s Won Awards?
As a society we’re more discerning than ever. Many times we’ll look up reviews regarding a product or service before we spend our hard earned money on the item. It almost doesn’t matter the cost of the item, we want to see that its won awards, shows positive reviews and has had a happy customer following. Knowing this should give you confidence to buy one of the best toys on the market today. This isn’t a toy made for your children though, it’s one made for you and it happens to be the 2017 Mazda MX-5 Miata.
