The next BMW SUV debuted in concept form at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Attendees got a look at the new BMW Concept X7 during the unveiling.
The Frankfurt Motor Show is the main event in the automotive world for September with many of the European, Korean and Japanese automakers showing up with something new and special to show off at this event. One of the most famous automakers in the world is ready to debut its new creation and will do so just a few days ahead of the show.

BMW had finalized their new flagship SUV and will bring it to Frankfurt, but it will have an official debut on September 8 to give us a look at what it will be. This new SUV is the new Concept X7 which is only a concept in the fact they haven’t stamped all the approved numbers for the production model, but that won’t keep them from bringing us this concept to the stage for our viewing and imaginative pleasure.
There have been photos leaked over the past few days and now we’ve even seen photos with the camo off of the SUV as it makes its way to the release which is only a day away. This new flagship may be the right luxury SUV for those families that need to have a larger model to drive.
What do We Have Here?
Looking at this new Concept X7 model from the outside its easy to see that this SUV carries the style we expect from BMW. The kidney grille on the front is larger than on any other model, but that makes perfect sense since this will be the high riding large model that sits atop the entire lineup from the brand.
This gives us an excellent view of what we’re ready to have on the road in order to experience the drive and know that we’ve got the right choice on the road. Even from the pictures that were leaked, we can certainly see items that are luxury laden such as flush-mounted door handles and a panoramic glass roof.

As you take a look at this large brute, you’ll notice a charging port on the front fender, which tells us this new big SUV might be a hybrid model that will help save gas while driving around in the most substantial BMW in the market. We might see the X7 use a powertrain that’s used in the 740e iPerformance to ensure this beast can be athletic as well as large and impressive.
This early release on the steps of the Frankfurt Motor Show that begins in just a couple days, makes this an SUV that you’ll want to see and understand from this show. The early interest is going to be impressive for the new Concept X7 that will give us the feeling of what the SUV will be and how it will help provide a family with the seating and space desired.
Showing off on September 8 makes this an SUV that’s offered as the desert first philosophy, making you wonder what else BMW may have in store for you when you head in and see their booth at this show.
